As a successful walk-on with the Kansas State University football team, Jordan went in knowing the only way to earn a scholarship would be to demonstrate both physical and scholastic excellence. His efforts earned a full scholarship and a starting defensive end position with the nationally recognized Wildcats, a Big XII team that made great strides during his tenure under the guidance of great leadership.
