Leg Days - Sled Days
We’re breaking out the Predator Sled for this weeks wrap up of our finisher series.
Whether you’re looking to increase yours or a clients heart rate or just end leg day with a bang, check out this grueling finisher that is sure to leave you weak in the knees.

The Finisher
Start this finisher by pushing the sled 50 feet. At the end of the 50 feet complete two burpees. After the burpees, turn the sled around and complete another 50 feet. With every sled push you’ll up the burpee count by two, going all the way up to 10. When you’ve completed 10 burpees then rest.
