Tip of the day: 5 minutes of stretching can have lasting effects on your overall physical health. Stretching not only helps maintain/improve flexibility, it helps with injury prevention, stress relief, and better posture!

Tips:

-Stretch with warm muscles

-Target major muscle groups (ex. calves, thighs, lower back, etc.)

-Hold each stretch for 30 seconds

-Controlled breathing and empty your mind
